Mattress Measurements. To measure for your custom mattress or custom boxsprings, measure INSIDE the frames. First horizontally, then vertically. Subtract 1" from each measurement, and there you have it! For instance if it measures 68" X 84", then you would subtract 1" from each and give us 67" X 83"!
